Reviewed on 20th July 2022Arrived 40 minutes earlier than out booked in time.. waited less than 10 minutes for the minibus to take us to the airport (took around 2 minutes to get to the airport) and on return the 2 mini buses were full but returned for us in less than 10 minutes.. drivers on both journeys were lovely.

This year my friend left her phone in the car, when we rang up to tell them they had already taken the phone to the airport on their next drop off knowing we would ring up for it.. so impressed, Thank you!

Reviewed on 19th July 2022It was really easy to find the car park. It was quick to hand over the keys on arrival. I didn’t have to wait too long for minibus to airport terminal. On my return, however, I waited 20 mins at pick up at airport after calling, and then my car was blocked in behind another car. Luckily the minibus driver was still available to move the car in front. This is the first time I’ve used Oakwood, on a recommendation from a client, and I was pleased overall with the service and price. Therefore, I’m not sure if this is the regular experience or not. I’ve got two more bookings for September!

Reviewed on 19th July 2022The car park is really close to the airport. The parking was easy. Once I had deposited my keys myself and 3 friends who were accompanying me boarded a mini bus and were dropped off at the airport. Same for our return. Excellent service 👏

Reviewed on 19th July 2022Great service, a bit chaotic at the drop off car park, cars everywhere so you end up parking in front of cars that are being collected, so I was having to move my car again before I could hand in my keys. The positive is you don’t need to wait long on your return as the buses are constantly shuttling to and from the airport and the car is ready for you albeit very dirty from the dusty car parks they are parked in.

Reviewed on 18th July 2022Overall it was OK. The parking area is not tarred, so you have to drag your suitcase over uneven dusty ground. You also have to find the car in the first place when you get back.
