On the whole very good, but the signage getting to the site and the signage at the site could be a lot better ( especially when 4 cars we came in with all parked in the wrong field.

We had a really easy and pleasant experience with Oakwood. Particularly on the return when the van arrived so promptly at the airport. It’s very close to Bristol Airport itself and this matters when you have little ones and lots of travel so we will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I had to change my booking which was done with no hassle, and I even got a rebate! Quick and easy transit in both directions. Only a 5 minutes wait on the return leg. But the downside was that they mislaid my keys, so I lost about 20 minutes while they located them. These things happen, and I made it up on a traffic-free drive home. So, no big deal and I will use them again.

Incredibly smooth process from start to finish, I felt safe leaving my car with this company whilst we were away. The only thing they could do better was on the return transfer from the airport back to the car park the transfer driver didn’t assist in loading any cases so my partner ended up loading most of the other passengers cases.

Will definitely book with Oakwood Parking, Bristol again, such a quick, easy & efficient service! Straight off the main road, through the gate & into a parking space just inside right by the awaiting minibus & very short walk to office to hand keys in. Return was just as easy! 1st class!!

This was my first ever experience of booking through Park and Go and I must say was so smooth , the staff were so friendly and made me feel at ease leaving my car for 5 days . The shuttle bus service was great also. Will definitely be using Oakwood Parking, Bristol again . Great service.

My experience with Oakwood Parking was very good, easy parking and shuttle service, polite staff. I would definitely use Oakwood Parking again and recommend them to others using Bristol Airport.

All good but the issue was coming back. we were picked up on time but the driver would not help load or unload the cases as I was at reception getting the keys and was about to drive off with them still on the van so my wife and another lady did it. he just didn't care and some of the older people at pick were struggling so we did it for then as he watched, poor. Spoilt what was otherwise a good service.
