While everything was ok there was no need to be rude and to put your phone down on me when I called back to be picked up … I will not use this car park any more simply because you have been rude

A warm welcome on arrival - does what it says on the tin. The pick up from the airport was prompt. The only negative is no clear instructions on where the car was situated plus the old guy in the office, could maybe brush up on his customer service skills. Apart from that all good.

Always use Oakwood Parking, Bristol as it's good value for money compared to other car parks, close to the airport and efficient. Would recommend.
