The parking was very close to Bristol Airport which was great but loads of loose stones.

Brilliant. Absolutely no waiting around either end. Our flight was delayed 3 hours but our bus & driver were there waiting at 3am!! Very pleasant & helpful drivers, loading & unloading cases. The car park is literally just a few minutes from the airport & it's just a short walk then, into the terminal. Will use again.

Found the car park easily following the company’s directions. No problems at check-in and got to the airport within 20 minutes of arriving at the car park. On our return we called after getting our baggage and the driver said he’d be there in 10 minutes. We dutifully waited where we were told to but after 25 minutes no sign of the driver. We called and he said he’d already been and collected some passengers. He came straight back for us and our car was waiting. I would have expected the driver to call us upon getting to the pick up area when he couldn’t see us. The pick up vehicle was different so also would recommend passengers returning to ask what colour van to look out for as there were a lot of passengers being collected by different companies. I would definitely recommend and use again despite the confusion at pick up. Staff friendly!

Plenty of space in the car park, organised friendly staff. Good price compared to all others in that area. Easy to find. The transfer bus was quick and timely, it was clear that they were very busy but whether the service was at 12pm or 2am they were still just as friendly. Will definitely park with Oakwood Parking again if we fly from Bristol Airport.
