Reviewed on 23rd November 2021Easy to find. On arrival, handover was smooth and was on transfer minibus within 10 minutes. On arrival at airport you get dropped off near to airport door. Return process was easy, having to call when at drop off point, waited 10 mins for the minibus and a short ride back to the compound where car was waiting. Again collection admin was smooth and we were on our way within 10 mins. Overall all a great experience š . Thanks !

Reviewed on 23rd November 2021Unfortunately, the process of being transferred and picked up was not as smooth as expected. When arriving to drop our car off, we were asked to wait outside for the next transfer which should be a couple of minutes. We waiting for 15 minutes in the cold (luckily not raining as there is no shelter at all), then when the transfer bus arrived we sat on the bus for 35 mins whilst the driver ensured that the bus was full. Whilst we appreciate the benefit of filling the bus, this results in some customers waiting for extensive periods. We could have walked to the airport quicker!

Reviewed on 23rd November 2021Iām a regular user of this car park for my annual family holidays. (Itās the cheapest around) This time around I was a bit disappointed. The staff didnāt say hello to the customers. I went with my daughter and I wasn't helped to lift two luggage cases onto the bus~ we were the last on as well, so lifting the cases about 5ft up with heavy cases was very hardā¦ā¦ It has actually put me off using the car park! Alsoā¦..the car park when it is wet is extremely muddy, so cases and shoes get filthy
