Great service as usual. Slight delay on pick up this time, but not your fault. It seemed to be due to the high volume of traffic on the A38, and the barriers on the airport car park not functioning properly causing a build up of cars trying to exit. The airport needs to sort this out. Will definitely use you again.

As always a very good service from Oakwood in May 2025. Checking-in and picking car up again goes very smoothly and hardly costs any time. Also, they have a brand new bus as well which is very comfortable!

On my return from holiday, it took me over 20 minutes to locate my car. I know the car park was full but l was directed to the wrong area first time and had to come back to the office to say l couldn't locate the car to be told it was on the opposite side of the lot. Then when l did find it with one of your colleagues, it was blocked in by another car so had to wait for the gentleman to collect the keys for the car blocking me so l could get out. Waited over 5 minutes for his return. This has happened to me before and is very frustrating after a long flight.

Although a very convenient area to park and a quick check in and out, I was very disappointed by the attitude and professionalism of the driver who conveyed us to the airport. On arrival he complained about the size of my family group of 6 adults and four children, expressed the need to inform him of it in advance, and barked instructions to let him know on our return. He complained that we should not have loaded our luggage before removing it and re loading. (Fair enough if its his role I thought) On our return I made contact as advised, he confirmed it was the same driver, on his arrival I handed each suitcase to him which he loaded without issue until he lifted a heavier case, then ranted about it not being his job. We could not win with this guy. Grumpy, beyond belief, no direction just a miserable kill joy, who needs to either get another job or a course in customer service.

Another fast, reliable turnaround by Oakwood Been using Oakwood for a number of years now and will continue to do so ....nice new buses also !

I have used Oakwood on many occasions and been happy with the service given. However on this occasion they sent an unmarked white minibus , instead of the normal liveries one. As I was unaware of this I waited an hour at the airport.

Easy to find, friendly staff, quick pick up and drop off times, highly recommended.

Always park at Oakwood, love the place and will definitely use again.

Dropped off keys, hopped on the bus, easy as that. Parked at Oakwood for years now and never any problems. 👍

My car was not prepared for pickup at all. I spent 10 minutes looking for it and it was blocked at the far end of the parking lot.
