Overall car park was good! Didn’t have to wait long for anything (leaving the car, transfer to airport and receiving car)! Airport is just around the corner! Two things I would suggest to Oakwood Parking to look into - car park (as we have quite a lot of rain in UK) is muddy, as well as upgrading your vans! Thank you.

The day that I used the facility the service I received was efficient and friendly. The location of the reception is ideal for leaving your car in a secure pound. Having had to curtail my holiday due to the ineffectiveness and inflexible of the airline the recovery of my car was relatively straight forward. I was unable to recover the days I didn’t need due to my holiday cancellation but they were understanding and gave me an invoice for the 6 days remaining to recover from my travel insurance. I wasn’t able to but that’s another episode in the saga of the holiday that didn’t happen.
