Reviewed on 26th October 2021Overall car park was good! Didn’t have to wait long for anything (leaving the car, transfer to airport and receiving car)! Airport is just around the corner! Two things I would suggest to Oakwood Parking to look into - car park (as we have quite a lot of rain in UK) is muddy, as well as upgrading your vans! Thank you.

Reviewed on 26th October 2021The day that I used the facility the service I received was efficient and friendly. The location of the reception is ideal for leaving your car in a secure pound. Having had to curtail my holiday due to the ineffectiveness and inflexible of the airline the recovery of my car was relatively straight forward. I was unable to recover the days I didn’t need due to my holiday cancellation but they were understanding and gave me an invoice for the 6 days remaining to recover from my travel insurance. I wasn’t able to but that’s another episode in the saga of the holiday that didn’t happen.

Reviewed on 26th October 2021Basic car park facilities : does the job. Safe, large service. If it rains, no place to wait for minivan pickup Very poor cleanliness of customer toilet. Car was waiting on return. They should time van collection runs more to flight arrival times / frequency. Otherwise definitely recommend the service, great value for money.

Reviewed on 26th October 2021There was a minibus waiting at the very conveniently located car park when we arrived for our departure from Bristol & we were transferred to the airport with the minimum of fuss. Similarly a phone call from us when we arrived back in Bristol & we were picked up within 2-3 minutes & less than 5 minutes later we were back at the car. A very quick efficient service & competitively priced. We will definitely use this company again from Bristol Airport.
