Booking on line was very easy and used Oakwood a few times now. Thanks for the NHS discount, much appreciated. Dropped the car off was very quick and efficient with a friendly lady. Upon collection of the car, phoned for pickup. Had to wait 15 minutes as lots of people were being picked up arrive the same time. Got back to the parking, only a very short distance and given the keys and off we went with our onward travel. Thank you. 😁

Departing for our holiday was straight forward. Our return, not so. When we rang the mobile number to collect us, it kept cutting off, then eventually got through, but still had to wait a good half an hour and several calls before the mini bus turned up. Back at the car park, the reception was locked, so we had to wait for the driver to unload the cases before unlocking the cabin to retrieve our car keys. My dash cam had been removed from the windscreen and unplugged from the power. No other issues

Car was there when we got back but had been moved. Trying to find it in the wet and dark was a nightmare.

Lovley people, had to wait about 10 minutes on the way to the airport and 15 when we landed for the bus. Very easy to book and understand. Only bad thing is my car was covered in mud about up to the tire rim as-well as on the inside of the drivers side which I was about hacked off about.

We arrived and easily parked up.Handed the keys in and joined the queue which was quite long and we were worried that it would take longer than we had anticipated. However 2 minibuses turned up and the driver was very cheerful ( at 3 . 50 am ) and everyone got onboard and we arrived at the departure zone within 15 minutes of arrival. After returning you get picked up at the same drop off point and the vans are clearly signed Oakwood Parking. We rang to check if they were on their way and 5 minutes later a van turned up . Again a long queue, most got on but those who didn’t were assured another was on the way. Back at the car park you queue for your keys and our car was easily found and on quick inspection just a little bit muddy which was fine as the money we saved went on enjoying our holiday. In conclusion our experience from booking on the website which had a no nonsense daily rate to parking up and returning for our car was very good . We saved about £30 compared with parking at on the Silver Zone which for us was worth the minor inconvenience of the queuing. Will definitely use Oakwood Parking again.

Excellent service - have used several times before and will use again.

First and last time using this place. They never turned up to collect us . The kind hearted Dean Martin who works in the next car park kindly brought us back to oakwood. The place was a mud bath our case wheels were full of mud and the mats in my car the same .Such rude people in the reception. For years I have used park Farm excellent and was so sad this has now ceased trading .Oakwood an utter shambles. Dean went over to the driver and told him he picked us up didn't even apologise disgraceful . You have lost a very good customer as we travel usually 4 times at least a year.

always punctual, friendly and available, never use anyone else whilst flying from Bristol.
