Efficient but confusing on arrival early morning for first time at car park.

Very easy to do for a trip. Second time using the parking so was a little easier to find when you know where it is. On arrival at the car park we waited less than 5 minutes for the bus to take us to the airport. When arriving back at the airport off our flight there was a bus waiting. Got on the bus and was back at our car in under 10 mins. Takes the stress out of car parking and one less thing to worry about when booking a holiday. Also booked a last minute holiday so was nice and easy to book car parking 3 days before flying.

Great friendly service. Minibus picks you up and drops you off swiftly only a few minutes away from airport. All great people. Thank you :)

Very efficient service. Bus was there when we arrived at the car park and took us straight to the airport. Very friendly chatty driver. Had to wait about 5 minutes for bus on return which we thought was quite acceptable. Have used Oakwood many times and will definitely use again.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. My car was ready and waiting when I got off the plane. My only query is why were there two big, muddy footprints in the passenger foot well?

Used many times, quick and simple. Would recommend to anyone. Can get muddy at times underfoot depending on where you collect your car from.
