Great service and nice people. Due to the storms I was a day late collecting my car. Oakwood rang me to check alternative timings and did not charge me for the extra 24 hours. Thoroughly recommended.

Very quick and very thorough process. Very easy to find and get picked up straight away. Just a little bit muddy so our car had muddy footprints in it which wasn’t great. But overall great value for money.

Best value, great service, takes the pain out of going to the airport. When you land just call and let them know, they are with you in minutes. Very friendly, would never go anywhere else.

The arrival area is very small and crowded making it hard to park. The transfer bus was efficient but very scruffy. The foot well was muddy when we returned and the car was pretty dirty so not sure where the offsite parking area is.

Easy finding the place, parking & collection very good. But no cover while waiting for the bus to transfer to the airport in bad weather conditions.
