Oakwood Parking Reviews

The arrival area is very small and crowded making it hard to park. The transfer bus was efficient but very scruffy. The foot well was muddy when we returned and the car was pretty dirty so not sure where the offsite parking area is.

Easy finding the place, parking & collection very good. But no cover while waiting for the bus to transfer to the airport in bad weather conditions.

Parked at Oakwood a number of times. Staff always friendly, only minutes from Bristol Airport, no waiting. A great service.

Couldn't fault it. Great price. Immediate transfers to and from airport. Friendly reception staff. Chatty drivers.

The transfer to the airport on departure was fine and really efficient. However on our return at around 22.00 it was a shambles. We waited around 40 minutes in freezing temperatures with only one bus on and people arriving constantly to get on the bus. There were 4 of us travelling and eventually 2 of the 4 managed to get on the bus to car park and drive back up to collect the other 2 with the cases. The next morning, I noticed the mud all over the sides of the car, on looking closer, the entire underneath of the car was covered in mud... obviously where the car had been driven through the car park at speed when being parked. I will not be using Oakwood parking again, which is a shame as we’ve previously had excellent service.

Was such an easy and pleasant experience and the price was great too. Everything was done fast and no waiting about. Will be 100% booking again:) thank you

Drop off swift and easy. Very close to the airport so no long drop off journey. Downside, car was obviously parked in wet muddy car park.

Used a few times and all good but last time had a bit of a wait in the cold after landing as too many people waiting for the one bus, they need another bus and driver!
