As usual things were pretty good, but the driver put our cases on the wet ground and they got really messy with mud as it was raining very hard and being unable to walk far it was an unnecessary hindrance for me.The last time I contacted you I said the bus was very dirty and that hasn't changed, all the other companies buses seem to be very clean but if nothing else I'm loyal so will use you again.

Quick and efficient. Much easier than getting from Silver Zone to terminal. Mini bus left immediately both ways. Recommend.

As always exemplary service. From pulling into the car park to drop off my keys, a minibus waiting to take me and drop me off, to a minibus picking me up from the airport, collecting my keys and leaving..swift, succinct and all done by extremely friendly and helpful staff! You make my travels that little bit easier. Thank you!

We have used Oakwood many times and it is very good service. I have only scored it a 3 on this review as the last time we used it, the rear windscreen wiper was broken off our car. As it was dark when we returned and didn't spot it was broken until we got home, we were not offered any compensation.

As always an excellent service, but with added value. I was delayed in France due to national strike and returned a day late. Oakwood were very understanding and honoured the booking with no extra charge. Have used countless times and will continue to do so.
