Very poor service... car Park was very muddy... minibus dirty... on return, walked 1/2 mile from airport as driver was very rude on phone and couldn’t guarantee a pick up for quite a while. Won’t use again.

Great service at a reasonable price. Better than Silver Zone Parking in my opinion. Cheers guys.

Have used Oakwood a few times now and I can say it really is a first class service and highly recommended. Dropping the car off is easy and there is always a minibus waiting to drop you off at the airport drop off zone. Pick ups on return are just as easy and always within 10 - 15 minutes. I've found it much easier that the Silver Zone Parking and a lot cheaper. Once again highly recommended

As usual, good price and service, unlike the Silver Zone Parking much quicker release and getaway from site, always use when flying from Bristol.

Brilliant service from Oakwood Parking again. The overall process was very smooth with no trouble. Already booked for Sept 2020.

Good directions and quick transit to the airport. The issue we had was that a lot of flights had arrived and the same time and there was a queue of cars and minibuses into the drop and go area, we called the driver and he did arrive fairly quickly but then it took us a while to get out of the car park but this is not Oakwoods fault but the airport. The car was waiting for us when we arrived back, my only criticism is that the cars are parked on a muddy field and not sure how they would get the cars out if there was heavy snow or a period of real heavy rain.

Going was fine but coming back mini bus overloaded 2 people standing luggage dumped in isle basically stopping any exit out of bus in emergency should have done 2 trips

Not very well signposted, on pulling up to entrance. Very muddy in wet conditions. Transfer via mini bus not particularly clean nor quick turnaround times as in collection and drop offs. Other than that staff friendly on arrival and return. Very much a No Frills car park and good value for money.
