Reviewed on 27th November 2019Dropping off car went smoothly even at 4.00am. Help by driver, to load luggage would have been nice. Collection was not so good. Waited for 20 minutes for a second minibus to come to the airport. Had difficulty finding the car in the dark, muddy car park. Cheaper than other Bristol Airport car parking, usually a good service

Reviewed on 27th November 2019All good, easy drop off, quick service to airport. Flight sent to Cardiff on way back, phoned to let Oakwood know we would be late, was not a problem. When we got to airport bus was on way, keys ready and car had only been moved a short way from where I had parked. Thank you.
