Reviewed on 30th October 2019Good location and easy access, however immediately on arrival the lady in reception had an instant bad attitude towards me and sighing and huffing even after realising a minor miscommunication on there end. On return , I called from luggage collection to say we were ready. I was told that I had to wait to call until we were stood outside waiting. Then, after calling from outside we were left waiting in the cold for a short while. All in all good and it works and does what you need but can improve on our experience in the future
