Reviewed on 4th October 2019Drivers were miserable, didn't speak to you nicely, if they spoke at all. Drivers stood back & watched women & the elderly load their own bags. Vans were old wrecks & dirty. Would not recommend or use again.

Reviewed on 4th October 2019Departure to airport went to plan, however arrival was a bit chaotic, everybody rushing for the return bus and when arrived at the car park found I had been blocked in by another car. This took over 30 minutes to sort out. Whist staff apologised for the delay it could have been avoided with better planning.

I commend them on the attitude I witnessed last week to a Thomas Cook customer who upon arriving a day late to collect their vehicle were told there would be no extra parking charge, as they had been through enough, Good on you Oakwood Parking!

Reviewed on 3rd October 2019Staff are always friendly and helpful.Parking is really reasonably priced...I use them all the time...Excellent value for money. The minibus is always there for you. I have recommended them to my friends and they have used them.

Reviewed on 3rd October 2019Poor return of vehicle, arrived at 02:00 & just dropped in the muddy wet yard with no information as to where the car was to be collected. Wandered around the parking area with the rain increasing & paddling in the mud. Eventually another van arrived & I asked where the car might be & was directed to a distant area. Here I found the car blocked in by another with no one in sight. I went to a lit cabin where I found someone sat in the warm & dry who eventually gave me my key. After a heated exchange regarding the lack of contact on arrival at the site someone was found to move a car to enable me to leave.
