Very prompt service to and from airport.

Driver's side floor mat left in a filthy muddy state. Considerable amount of grit littered the floorwell. Not what I would have expected!

On our return to Bristol I phoned to say we were back and was told a bus would be there in 5-10 minutes. We actually waited over 15 minutes before it turned up. Returning to the car park there seemed to be no system for having keys ready to hand back - the receptionist had to go through all the trays of keys with each person before locating the correct key. Then there was no indication as to where the car was - we were all told just to 'press the key fob and your lights will come on'. Bearing in mind it was midnight and raining it was not a pleasant experience wandering round a dark muddy yard trying to find one's car. After 10 minutes I gave up and asked the bus drivers help. He was rather abrupt with me, which I felt was unnecessary. When we left there were still people wandering round the yard try to find their cars. This does not constitute good service and though the week's parking was very reasonably priced I won't be using them again because of the poor service on our return.

Staff courteous. Close to the airport. Only a short wait for return journey to collect car.

Quick service when checking in. Good drive to airport. DRIVER informative so clear on what to do on return. Good all round.

First time we have used Oakwood, have previously used Silver Zone. Will use again definitely. In view of the huge problems as a result of Thomas Cook going into administration and all the resulting cars not picked up on time Oakwood were coping admirable...at thus point anyway. Found them courteous and efficient. Even started our car in the rain due to flat battery. Well done guys.

Our arrival for our flight to Amsterdam was fine with no delay in getting to the airport on time. Our arrival back late from Amsterdam was different. Our attempts to call the office following our arrival were fruitless and no answered. We were able to get on the minibus was a a bit dodgy because of the large number of other passengers waiting. Oakwood is a lot busier than it used to be and the standard of service has dropped off accordingly. Not as good as it used to be.

Good location easy to find and quick drop off and collection Only comment would be a little shelter to wait in while car is located would be handy. We came back to torrential rain and I got soaked while my partner found the car.

First time using Oakwood Parking as my usual one was fully booked. But will definitely be using you next time.

Does what it says on the tin. Prompt transfer on arrival to airport. On return transfer was ready and waiting, picked up keys, easily found car and drove away. Will use again.
