Oakwood Parking Reviews

I've always used Oakwood for as long as I can remember. The staff are always lovely and helpful. A suggestion I would make to Oakwood is that when passengers are calling for airport collection that names and number of passengers are taken to avoid the free for all in the pick users at busy times.

Great service as usual. Slight delay on pick up this time, but not your fault. It seemed to be due to the high volume of traffic on the A38, and the barriers on the airport car park not functioning properly causing a build up of cars trying to exit. The airport needs to sort this out. Will definitely use you again.

As always a very good service from Oakwood in May 2025. Checking-in and picking car up again goes very smoothly and hardly costs any time. Also, they have a brand new bus as well which is very comfortable!

Another fast, reliable turnaround by Oakwood Been using Oakwood for a number of years now and will continue to do so ....nice new buses also !

Dropped off keys, hopped on the bus, easy as that. Parked at Oakwood for years now and never any problems. 👍
