The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were quick to collect from the airport. I returned 2 days earlier than booked, they quickly identified where my car was parked to bring it to me. I will recommend it to friends. I would suggest that a step be available for getting on and off the minibus for those with mobility problems.

Dropping off car was easy and transport was fast and efficient with pick up quickly after landing at airport. Cannot really fault Oakwood, my only criticism is the way the driver on the return journey tossed our suitcase (one of which was new) into the back of the minibus. A little more care would have been appreciated. Apart from that was impressed with the service and would use again.

Well organised check in, pick up mini bus waiting, courteous driver, on our return we didn’t have to phone as a mini bus was waiting, will book again.

Easy to find and park. Short journey to terminal. Only waited 5 minutes when arriving back to pickup car.
