Oakwood Parking Reviews

We're regular users of Oakwood Parking and, although the business had grown dramatically over the last year it two, it still offers friendly customer service, excellent value, and is located within a couple of minutes of the airport. The only thing I would change is that the minibuses could be a little more distinctive so they can be easily identified when pulling into the pick up area outside the airport - perhaps sprayed dayglo pink!

Easy to book online, good competitive price, very near airport. First driver of shuttle bus very helpful. Driver who collected week later totally miserable didn’t even speak. He let the company down. I would of given 5 if he’d been polite.

We use Oakwood every year. Always a good service. I have recommended it to friends & family. Everyone I recommend it to said they were happy with it.

Was pleased with dropping off the vehicle, bus service was good. On collecting the vehicle at night was hard to find with children in a sea of cars. Eventually found it to find a car parked in front of us so had to wait a while to get out.

Good service and less expensive than Silver Zone at Bristol airport. Would have been a 5 but had bit of a wait (15 minutes) on return and phone calls to base as suggested by the provider when I arrived went unanswered and was unable to leave a message, which panicked me a bit! Would use again.

Excellent service, the only downfall was that there was not enough adequate shelter from the rain. Other than that it was close to the airport, would recommend parking here.

Very quick and efficient for drop off and pick up, nothing fancy, but did the job! Would definitely use again!

It was an excellent experience and I would recommend however, the man who picked us up from the airport was terrible. I rang for collection as required, he did not speak to me and ended the call, no conversation took place. No greeting was made and he managed the whole journey without talking to anyone. One poor lady phoned from the airport at the meeting area, he told her to wait for the next bus despite being at the meeting spot. My 72 year old companion did not get assistance with her case, it was hand luggage but, was required to lift it in and out of the bus. Maybe not his job but it would not have hurt him to help her. He clearly does not enjoy his job.
