All good except bingeing expected to lift my case to pile as a 3rd layer in the minibus was difficult (shoulder height). The driver said he never offers assistance! The case was not heavy.

Easy service to use and very close to airport. I have used Oakwood many times. However, on this occasion when collecting my car I discovered that my available mileage had been reduced by 30 miles.

Excellent on way out, bit hectic on pick up due to volume of people needing collection. Could do with lighting in main car park as very dark and the surface is uneven.

Overall the experience was excellent, easy to locate and park. Very friendly, helpful staff. However my car was moved whilst I was away, fair enough, but no one seemed aware of where it was. Took a while to locate it. Perhaps you could number the car spaces so if a car is moved the owner can go straight to it? I'd definitely use you again though.

Always use Oakwood for Bristol Airport flights. Good service.

Everything about the booking was easy from actually booking the space to leaving and picking up my vehicle. The pick up van was already there when I arrived but would not have been long if I had to call. My only criticism is the actual parking ground itself. It is extremely gravelly which makes it difficult to pull your case along and I have concerns about maybe getting a puncture. They should consider resurfacing the site.

Excellent no issues at all , literally car parked and at airport in 5 minutes and same coming back .

Good service< as what you would expect. Friendly staff, efficient service both when you drop off your car and when you pick it up. The mini bus drops you off at airport and collect you when you return and they run every 15 minutes. Very efficient. Only one thing is, don’t expect a clean car when you collect it. The cars are parked in a field and therefore end up really dirty. Overall a 4 out of 5.

We were very happy with the service but it would be good to have some shelter from the rain when looking for the car we both got soaked and nowhere to shelter especially in winter.
