Easy parking very helpful staff, chap that picked us up was on his own, doing everything and 3 aircraft came in together, but he was cheerful and helpful. Easy pick up without any fuss. Would have gave a 5 if the car park had been better lit.

Journey into airport fine and no hanging about. Upon return we called the driver and he was on his way to us already. The problem with this system is, that even if your the first person there waiting, everyone thinks that they can run and push you so they can make sure they get on so they don’t have to wait for the next minibus. This is exactly what happened to us and as I can’t run due to walking with crutches everyone else has an unfair advantage on us. However I was not going to be pushed off that minibus due to the fact my daughter and I were the first ones there waiting. I politely asked for two seats to be given up as they just all ran across the car park without any care for people with babies etc! This isn’t really down to the drivers fault though. What made me mark it down was upon returning to your car the guy in the office literally throws your keys at you, and then your left to play hunt the car!!!

Very straight forward, friendly and efficient. Would use it again.

Drop off was nice and easy, pick up was a little more of a pain due to a few late arrivals and a lot of people waiting for the one minibus. The driver was excellent though and ensured all the families with children got on first, though I think a few older people were a little put out as it was gone 11pm.

Driver was charming and very helpful however at 10 o’clock in the evening there are several arrivals and we missed the first bus goes onto the second bus I think there was a third bus full waiting it would’ve been much better had the driver been able to turned around and gone back to collect further waiting passengers rather than spending time in the office handing out keys Best wishes Stewart

Great place to park your car, knowing its well looked after. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed by 7 hours and the man on the phone reassured me not to worry and come when I can. Great customer service. I highly recommend Oakwood Parking.

1st time using Oakwood ,and Overall a really good experience, from dropping the car off and being outside the airport within 10 minutes and the same experience on our return The staff were efficient and helpful.
