This is a great place. We've used it twice now and both times staff were helpful and cheerful. Our car was safe all week for much less than anywhere else around. The journey to the airport was just a few minutes. When we got back late (flight delayed) we rang and the minibus was sent straight away. Thanks Oakwood.

When we arrived the access to the car park was narrow and congested. We parked on uneven ground. The minibus taking us to the airport was nearby. On our return from holiday we had a 15 minutes wait before we were picked up by the minibus. It was 1.15 am. On our return to the car park it took about 10 minutes for the office to find our car key. Somebody has misspelt my name. Our car had mud on the roof and the back. I would not choose Oakwood Parking again.

Drop and pick up great, friendly and efficient staff. Would have been a 5 if the car hadn't been so filthy when we picked it up, it had been cleaned just before we dropped off.
