Absolutely excellent service and communication. We had a problem with our car breaking down and missed our flight and had to fly a day later, obviously the car parking dates needed changing and the registration number would be different. Park And Go said it was absolutely no problem and amended the booking details to suit the new dates and times without, and I mean without any hesitation and most of all no extra charges, unbelievable someone putting the misfortune of others first rather than their pocket. As said above, an excellent customer service second to none, you should be proud of yourselves. Just to add I also called their office in York just to confirm the amendments, there was no answer then the phone rang and the lady had called me back just to put our minds at rest and all would be okay.
