Use Oakwood every time I fly from Bristol. Never had an issue they are very easy to use, easy drop off easy pick up. Very good value for money.

Fantastic, good value for money and great shuttle service.

Good arrival, polite and helpful staff. Waited for bus on return late at night but when it arrived it was soon filled. Waited a further 8 minutes for another bus. Again, a polite driver. Would recommend Oakwood. Very competitive on price. Close to airport.

I was pleased that we didn’t have to wait long for transport to the Airport. Also on return even though the plane was delayed. I found my car had been moved to near the exit on arrival and quickly got my keys and left.

+ easy to find + luggage loaded and unloaded by driver + price - dirty/ dusty minibus - no system for pick up priority (family of 6 had to wait while others were jumping ahead) - woman on the desk very rude to each customer. If you’ve been, you’ll know which one. Almost like her customers are an inconvenience!

Excellent, prompt transfers going and returning. Car was parked close to drop off point at Oakwood car park on return. Staff were polite and at hand if required. Used several times now and will continue to use if these standards are maintained.
