Very good dropping off and picking up, no hassles .

Excellent customer service, only down side is it being in a field so when it's wet not so pleasant under foot.

Have used Oakwood Parking on many occasions and always excellent service. Proximity to Bristol Airport is ideal.

Arrival was quick and easy once we'd found it. Our sat nav needs geography lessons! The return was more difficult. It was no fault of Oakwood's, three planes landed together. Our flight from Malaga was half an hour early and the poor minibus driver was overwhelmed with phone calls in a space of about ten minutes. He'd made about 10 return trips by the time he got to our point in the queue. However, this didn't phase him, he was polite and helpful to everyone. I've given a 4 star review as I really struggled to push my wheelchair across the gravel. Fortunately a kind gentleman came to my rescue. We've never used a Park and Go system before but we were very impressed at how easy it was. I'm sure we'll be back every time we travel from Bristol.

Well organized and efficient with regular transport running to and from the airport. Will use again next time.

Easy parking very helpful staff, chap that picked us up was on his own, doing everything and 3 aircraft came in together, but he was cheerful and helpful. Easy pick up without any fuss. Would have gave a 5 if the car park had been better lit.

Journey into airport fine and no hanging about. Upon return we called the driver and he was on his way to us already. The problem with this system is, that even if your the first person there waiting, everyone thinks that they can run and push you so they can make sure they get on so they don’t have to wait for the next minibus. This is exactly what happened to us and as I can’t run due to walking with crutches everyone else has an unfair advantage on us. However I was not going to be pushed off that minibus due to the fact my daughter and I were the first ones there waiting. I politely asked for two seats to be given up as they just all ran across the car park without any care for people with babies etc! This isn’t really down to the drivers fault though. What made me mark it down was upon returning to your car the guy in the office literally throws your keys at you, and then your left to play hunt the car!!!

Very straight forward, friendly and efficient. Would use it again.
