Quick check in. The staff were very friendly. I was delayed by 6 hours and called to inform them. They were very understanding and I wasn't charged any extra. I will definitely use them every time I fly. The pick up bus is very quick to drop off and collect. The gentleman helped me load my luggage on the bus. 5 star service!

Perfect as usual.

Going out was faultless , coming back was a disaster . An hour and a quarter from phoning to collecting the car. Only one minibus for dozens of passengers. Unsure whether I would use them again, in the past everything has been fine.

Everything was fine until I got back to my car (Taxi) and found the meter on and had been on for most of the time I was away. Okay no big deal but the fact someone had been messing around with it is not very professional.

I have used Oakwood many times and found them very good taking you from car park and the return, a quick call and they are there within a few minutes.

The service was very good as usual. No waiting at drop off or pick up. My only negative point is the mud in the drop off/pick up area. Given the weather in the UK it would be great if it could have some sort of all weather surface even it’s only gravel.

Easy to find, very close to the airport. Good value. Only down side was upon collection we were told they would be 7 minutes but there wasn't enough space in the minibus and ended up waiting 20 minutes in the cold for another mini bus.

Quick and efficient, easy to find.

I have always found Oakwood very good and been using them for a few years now and recommended them to others, but unfortunately on this occasion they have damaged my car and my electric wing mirrors no longer work, I am very disappointed.
