Reviewed on 1st June 2019Arriving back in the UK, I called the number I was given with no answer. I then called another 8 times with no answer, so I called an alternative number but again no answer. Over all I made 12 calls before getting an answer. When getting back to the reception I was told that my car was "either on the left or right" where we were dropped off. Having walked around the entire "field" I finally found my car blocked in so returned to reception to get my car out. It was an unnecessary stress at the end of a holiday & if the organisation and customer service was better I would use again. If this doesn't improve however I will have to look elsewhere next time.

Reviewed on 31st May 2019We were very pleased with the friendly and efficient service from both reception and drivers at Oakwood Parking, Bristol and would definitely use you again. The only slight downside is the somewhat chaotic entrance, where incoming and outgoing cars conflict, along with minibuses requiring space to load/unload. Otherwise all good.

Reviewed on 31st May 2019It took twenty minutes to get an answer on the phone when I rang to be picked up from the airport. The mini bus then parked in a different place to pick up and so I didn't see it and it left without me. Another phone call that was at least answered, another wait, at 02.30hrs. Don't wheel your case across a bumpy car park to the collect your car key as you have to wheel it all the way back to find your car in the dark with the advice. 'Press the button-you will see your car then'.
