This company never normally gives a problem until this time 4/5/2019, a driver collected us from Bristol Airport and a young family put all their stuff on the mini bus including there two young children and their baby. Then the father tried getting on and the driver refused and said there was no seats although the two front seats were empty, we all on the bus told him to let him on and he just carried on driving and ignoring us all, so then the lady was left with 3 children and her luggage on her own we then got back to the car park and he was swearing and shouting and driving and beeping his horn at another lady for walking in front of the bus to the office. Absolute appalling service, couldn’t believe my eyes and ears when he said he couldn’t get on !!!!

Great place to park, staff really friendly and the bus service was also fabulous to and from the airport. Will use this parking again.

Very good service, buses run frequently and there’s plenty of car parking space. Very close to airport and very easy to find. Would recommend the service. Drivers don’t help with lifting on or off the bags. This could be awkward for older passengers and we would usually leave tips for service. Some of the drivers could do with customer care lessons.

Excellent transfer from car park to airport with an excellent driver. Secure parking. Pick up on return was very shambolic. Driver didn’t have a clue how many passengers were waiting and wouldn’t assist with luggage. Some elderly people had to get off the bus as there was no room and their luggage was left on the bus. Will not use this service again.

Would definitely use this parking again. Service to and from the airport was excellent.

Less than 2 minutes from airport. Quick easy transfer by mini bus to airport immediately on parking. Waiting when we landed to take us back. Excellent value and great service. Car handed back no problems at all. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service, good value for money, easy to find.

We arrived late but a bus was waiting and we left immediately, it was literally just a couple of minutes and we were there. On the way back - we rang when we arrived at the pick up point and a bus was there before we hung up. The car had been moved but was clean and waiting for us to leave. Thanks guys, will definitely use again.
