Reviewed on 28th May 2019Found this car park by accident and extremely pleased I did. The car park itself is closer than the airports Silver Zone parking. The shuttle both ways was quick without any delays. Upon our return from holiday we discovered that our car had a flat battery, the staff at the car park were extremely helpful and gave us a jump start with the equipment provided by them. I will definitely park here every time From now on. Price is fabulous too. 5*

Reviewed on 28th May 2019I've used Oakwood Parking several times, but on the most recent occasion they went above and beyond to help me, for which I am extremely grateful. They are so close to Bristol airport, it's as easy as parking on the site, but so much cheaper. Highly recommended.

Reviewed on 27th May 2019Wonderful service from start to finish. The minibus was clean and new to take us to the airport. The driver was smart and courteous. Check-in was easy. On our return the minibus was already at the airport - we were driving our car in less than 15 minutes of exiting the airport. Would use again and would highly recommend.

Reviewed on 27th May 2019Absolutely amazing. And only a couple of minutes from the airport. On my return I was shown to my car by a great guy Luke and he even gave it a power wash. I'm away again in 3 weeks and that is where I will be parking. Thanks all at Oakwood, see you again.

Reviewed on 27th May 2019Going out was fine. On return was an utter shambles. No organisation, no order. They had no idea how many people they had to pick up and was a free for all. That meant a lady in a wheel chair and a young girl on crutches were left for 30mins in the cold at midnight while everyone else helped themselves to a seat despite not being their turn. Driver not interested either. Zero customer service.
