No problem on arrival but on picking up no organisation, just a free for all scramble to who could get on the mini bus, otherwise you had to wait until it came back again in which you weren't guaranteed a place then!

The pick up from the airport was a complete shambles, 1 mini bus operating, instead of collecting travelers in order that they called, the bus just arrived, opened the back door and it was a free for all, people patiently queuing were left for the next trip as the bus went passed and parked further down, with no system or order, this was wrong. I partly blame some other customers as they were like a pack of animals, desperate to get on, despite the price I will not be using them in the future.

It was a fantastic service and the staff were really helpful and polite. We will definitively use Oakwood again.

Best value parking at Bristol - my only comment is that at busy times you can struggle to get on the shuttle particularly with big/lots of bags most people queue politely ( it is the UK after all) but a few pushers in!

Easy to find, very friendly and helpful staff. The minibus only took a few minutes to arrive at the drop off area outside the airport.
