Used this car park for the first time as we always used Silver Zone and we got excellent, quick polite service and our car was close by when we got back. Also much cheaper than Silver Zone.

As soon as we parked the bus was ready to take us to the airport. We were there before 5am. The staff were very friendly and very professional. The pick up was within 5 minutes of landing. Both drivers were friendly (and funny). Would highly recommend and will use again.

The car park at Oakwood was very convenient. I was running late on arrival, so was relieved to have my check in processed smoothly and quickly. With only a 3 minute drive to the drop off zone, my journey went well. Return home was equally quick! Thank you!

I have used this car park on numerous occasions but this will be the last. We arrived at the car park at 3:15 am and took our bags to the minibus and were told to get on the bus. We were then told “if you want your bags on holiday you’d better load them on the bus”. We are a family of 5 with young children. We had to get off the bus and load the bags whilst the driver just stood watching and no offer of help whatsoever.

Great service friendly staff very convenient for Bristol Airport. All in all can't fault their services.

I will certainly use Oakwood again. Everything went without a hitch, fast and efficient service at a very fair price.
