Not great, covered in mud by the time we got to the airport.

This place used to be great. Not sure if it’s due to the new traffic management due to the works at the airport, but it seems you now have to wait quite a lot longer for each minibus and they are busy, with one or two people at the end of the queue having to wait for the bus to go and return again. A couple with a baby decided to walk in the cold and dark. It was faster than waiting for the minibus, as they were in the airport queue ahead of us. The driver seemed to delight in proceeding extra slowly as he sensed people were in anxious to get there fast. He also seemed to think it ok that one of the front seats was taken up by a friend/partner/colleague? To have someone to chat to on his journeys back and fourth. There is even a new sign on the buses warning customers not to be abusive to staff. This goes without saying and is almost an insult to the huge majority of well behaved customers. It is also very unlikely that an A4 sign like this is going to convince any small minority of unruly customers to improve their behaviour. If there is a shortage of staff I suggest the owners quickly rectify this to save the reputation of their company.

Very busy car park. Only one minibus running with no system of a queue. People jumping the queue both sides. By the time you put your luggage in the boot, people without luggage had raven all tge seats leaving you to remove your luggage. I will not use this service again. Also very muddy leaving my luggage covered on mud from the van.

Fast and efficient. Close to the airport. Pick-up and drop-off by bus. I recommend.

We are a regular at Oakwood but I was surprised this year to learn about a baggage policy that skis could not be carried on the bus for "insurance purposes". We had to drive skis to short stay an extra fiver each way ... and for what ... a policy.

We had a terrible experience this time. We have used this company for multiple holidays and all our family's and friends have used it on our recommendation. This time was terrible. When we arrived there was a queue of about 40 people in front of us and the couple in front said they were told it would be a 45 minute wait. There was only one bus operating. Even though we left the 2 hours for our flight this would have cut it very close after security. We needed to book an uber to get from the parking to the airport. Another couple had opted to walk to the airport. On the way back we had the same poor service where there was a queue of over 40 people and only one bus operating. The company are aware of flight times and flight names. They are aware a lot of places are landing at the same time but it was clear there was an operational fault with the company and they did not plan accordingly. So after we waited 50 minutes in the queue we made it to the car park and the woman behind the desk was incredibly rude. She gave no assistance on where the car was and practically threw the keys back at me. Never have I had bad service by the team here, this was a real shock.
