Reviewed on 7th November 2021We arrived in Bristol at 1130pm on Friday night, as we told you we would. We made our way to the pick-up point, only to find 20 people in front of us. We watched the van leave, full, the driver saying "there's only one driver." So we waited and waited, in the cold wind and rain, our group of 6 which included 3, 5 and 7 year olds. We stood from 1145 until 1220, waiting for its return. To his credit, he squeezed us in, but we were happy to get to our cars any way possible. If you know a lot of passengers are arriving, GET MORE DRIVERS IN!

Reviewed on 5th November 2021Good place to park. Not far from the airport, decent price, free and quick transfer with company minibuses. Not 5 stars because place is not well lit at night.

Reviewed on 2nd November 2021Great service while going to the Airport, but coming back at approx 12.30am phoned told the man we were waiting only to wait 20-25 minutes to be picked up! The guy driving the minibus was giving out the keys the other end!

Reviewed on 2nd November 2021Very convenient to airport with a regular shuttle service. The only slight downside is the mini bus probably needs upgrading as it is now quite old and the luggage space is limited.

Reviewed on 28th October 2021Checking in was good. However, we were told that if transport was not waiting on our return to telephone and they would be there in five minutes. We telephoned and waited nearly 15 minutes when two mini-buses arrived but by then there were more people waiting and some failed to get on one of the mini-buses and had to wait for them to return.

Reviewed on 26th October 2021Overall car park was good! Didn’t have to wait long for anything (leaving the car, transfer to airport and receiving car)! Airport is just around the corner! Two things I would suggest to Oakwood Parking to look into - car park (as we have quite a lot of rain in UK) is muddy, as well as upgrading your vans! Thank you.
