I have a scratch in my right side mirror, who ever was the driver who moved my car I guess did the damage. I didn’t realise it when I was at the car park because it was midnight.

Easy location with friendly staff.

Quick and easy drop off, mini bus was waiting and took 5 minutes from arriving to being at the airport and it was the same on the way back, 5 minutes to get out the airport to getting the keys to the car.

What a great service! The car park is right next to the airport and, having parked our car, we were taken immediately in a mini bus to the terminal. On our return, I rang the number we'd been given and the minibus was there within 2 minutes. The driver was friendly and the whole process was seamless. Our car was ready and waiting. All this for a very competitive price - I recommend Oakwood Parking wholeheartedly.

Parking was fine but the mini bus driver who picked us up on 14th March was really rude. We called him up for pickup and explained we'd collected our bags and we were at the exit. He said to call him back when we're at the drop off point. It's a 20 second walk from the exit to the drop off point so I said we'll be there. He then said, "I'm coming now, and it takes 3 minutes. If you're not there I'm turning around and going straight back!" and hung up. We waited about 5 minutes for him to arrive. I get there's a short window for pick ups and drop offs but you don't need to be a jerk about it. I get that people have probably missed the bus in the past but there's ways of speaking to people without being aggressive. It left a bitter taste and I would not use Oakwood again.
