Reviewed on 18th February 2019We used Oakwood for the first time from 12-16th February. This was our first time using parking outside of the airport, there’s always the fear that your car will be damaged etc. We were very pleased with the Oakwood service! Effortless to book, website very clear and easy to navigate. We would highly recommend this 5* car parking service, we dropped our car and within 2 minutes the mini bus had pulled alongside us to transport us the short drive to the airport, very friendly drivers and office staff. We called when we collected our bags to be picked up on our return and the mini bus arrived shortly after. My wife was in a wheelchair due to medical conditions on our return and the driver was very helpful and allowed her to sit in the front so she had easier access and more legroom. Excellent value for money and a fantastic service throughout. We will ONLY use Oakwood now whenever we fly from Bristol. Thanks guys. X

Reviewed on 17th February 2019The staff and service were both absolutely excellent. The only reason I did not rate this 5 is because of the condition of the entrance to the temporary car park which would look more inviting and appealing if it were tarmacked.

Reviewed on 17th February 2019I have parked here a couple of times, there is no hanging about waiting, just give your keys in at the main office. Minibus takes you straight to the airport, not even 5 minutes journey. Coming back, we ring them when coming through departures and as we got to the pick up point, the minibus was there. Will be using them next time.

Reviewed on 17th February 2019We have used Oakwood Parking a couple of times now and would certainly use them again for future trips. The service is an efficient more personal service. I rang them at 9:45pm when we had collected our case at the airport and within 10 minutes we had been collected, given our car keys and were driving away in our car. Excellent and hassle free!!
