Oakwood Parking Reviews

I use Oakwood Parking at least 4 times a year and have never had cause to complain. I can go on my trips knowing that my car is safe. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. Their parking rates are very competitive. I have no reason to park anywhere else.

Very efficient all round. No waiting on outward journey and 3 minutes wait for return. Quicker than being at the far end of the main airport car park! Very good price as well.

I used Oakwood Parking for the first time last week and can highly recommend them. I shall always use them now, whenever I fly from Bristol. Very easy to book online, extremely helpful and pleasant staff, very reasonably priced, thoroughly efficient service, and service with a smile ! I was two days late returning because of the airport being closed, but they didn’t charge me any extra - brilliant !

My flight was cancelled and I spoke to a female minibus driver. I enquired about refund as I didn’t even park my car. She shrugged her shoulders and said. No refund. Claim off your insurance. Shocking. Terrible service. I have used you 4 times last year. No more.

Excellent simple process of parking and collecting car with speedy and efficient transport to and from airport.

Staff were pleasant enough. I had some concern about leaving keys with them. They told me that vehicle may have to be positioned with the car park. I took the mileage before leaving my car. When I returned to pick up it was in a different place near entrance to car park. I noticed the mileage had gone up by 4 miles. When I questioned this I was told that Oakwood has overflow parking on two other sites.

Competitive price for airport parking close to the airport. Pick up and drop off service excellent. Friendly staff. However, parking areas are mostly unsurfaced so this can mean you're dragging your suitcases through the mud.

No issues with using Oakwood Parking at Bristol. We arrived at the car park and checked in, were speedily taken to the airport departures drop off. On return, we phoned the contact number, they arrived in a timely manner at the pick up point and returned us to our car. The car was parked close to the car park drop off. Both drivers were courtious in their manner.
