Reviewed on 4th January 2019I have used Oakwood a few times and have previously found them very good indeed but this last time when I rang to say I was through baggage and at the door the driver said he was there at the collection point. when I got there, (a few minuets later only) he was not there. After looking around I rang again to be told, cold and foggy and I was not impressed to have to wait another 10 minutes or so for another driver to return who said that driver had gone off shift. I do hope this was a one off as I would like to book there again but am now a little nervous to do so.
