Excellent service from leaving the car to returning. We didn't even have to wait for the mini bus! Perfect! Thank you!

I’m so pleased I found this car park in my googling. Easy, slick and professional. The bus service is great, I wasn’t really waiting all that long either side of my journey, and the handing in the keys process was easy. A+ I’ll definitely use them again.

Excellent service. No stress, drop the keys off and way to go. On arrival, phoned driver and was there to pick us up within 10 minutes. Car waiting for us. No hassle at all. Highly recommend and be using you again. Thank you.

Very close to airport, less than half the price and quick transfers.

We have used Oakwood a number of times and their service has always been very good no matter what time of day or night it was. Staff are courteous and transfers are prompt.

The whole arrival and transfer was fantastic, so simple and easy. The transfer journey was prompt and friendly and details of the return were explained clearly. However, it was far less smooth on the way back, most of which, to be fair, as outside the Oakwood staff's control. It was Friday night, 7 flights arrived at same time and 4 delayed flights also arrived. I called, as instructed, and was told I would not be on first trip but should be okay for second. No worries. However, the car park was really busy, buses, minibuses, cars, taxis etc...and the Oakwood bus arrived. The issue was controlling who was queuing and in what order etc.. We waited for second bus. When second bus arrived the driver pulled up and got out and went to the back however a couple of people just opened the side door and got on meaning some who had queued and not got first bus (us and others) nearly missed out. I think locking the side door and loading bags of those the driver knew was waiting would help solve this. All this said I am going to use the company again as the 'minor' hassle of this compared to the massive saving over the airport parking (with similar transfer time) is significant. Hence 5 stars as 4 would have been too harsh as most of the chaos was out of the companies control. Thank you Oakwood.
