Oakwood Parking Reviews

I've used Oakwood Parking several times now and I've always found it very efficient, friendly and certainly great value. It takes less than five minutes to get to the a/p - give them a call when you return, once you've collected your luggage and they'll be round to collect you in a few minutes. I wouldn't use any other company at BRS.

Very Efficient service and helpful staff. Not sure if it was me but the post code seemed to take me to the airport rather than the OAKWOOD PARKING.

Prompt drop off and pick up.

Everything went smoothly and service was excellent. Online booking was easy and fast. I called upon arrival to Oakwood parking and within less than 5 minutes the van was there. Unfortunately, the little one threw up in our car just as we were going to get on the van, so had to change his cloths/clean the mess (took us ~ 5 min). The van driver patiently waited, was very kind and did not rush us at all. On the way back, we called from the airport and they were there in 8 minutes. Accidentally, we left a mobile phone in the car right beside the gear shift. We found it right there. At drop off, We arrived to a small parking area (a temporary parking, just for the customer to leave the car quick and hop on the van). We dropped off the car and got on the van (we did not have to walk in a huge parking lot!). I handed the car key to the van driver. When picking up my car, I got my key back, we got in the car and were off home. Really smooth service. Thank you Oakwood parking for the pleasant experience!
