Going out the driver was pleasant and helpful. In return myself and others who were waiting. It took ages to get through to the driver and I was very concerned. The driver who eventually answered came quite a while later. The driver who picked up was miserable and not helpful. Obviously didn’t like his job. This isn’t the right approach to paying customers who have just had a pleasant holiday to come back to.

Another great service from this company. Easy to find. Easy to park. Prompt transfer to the airport even at a very busy time for them - this was the first time I've been in a full minibus but it was handled very well and speedily. Collection on return was a little slower but only because of so many customers arriving back to the airport at the same time and everybody was understanding, even at 2am!! I am grateful that my car wheels were jet washed and clean on my return. However, my only suggestion would be that, knowing the cars are parked in a muddy field (when wet weather), perhaps the staff could put a cover down in the footwell so that mud doesn't get into the car. I found this a little disappointing as I had brand new car mats put in only 8 weeks before and they were spotless when I dropped the car off so to find them fairly covered in mud was a little disappointing but it certainly won't stop me using Oakwood again but perhaps they could take this suggestion on board. Will hopefully see you guys again next year - perhaps I might bring my own newspaper to put in the car!!

2nd time used. First class service. Easy process. Excellent service even when we forgot something from our car going out, taken back straight away to get it, even though car had already been moved ! Will use again.

Phoned 10 minutes before getting there and they were there waiting for us with bus. On way back we had to phone once we had our bags, he said he would be 10 minutes and he was true to his word...easy to do and it's literally 5-10 minutes away from the airport. Would definitely use again.

Close to the airport and car was fine. Coming home though we were waiting 30 minutes for bus back and when we arrived at car park it was very dark and had to wonder round looking for our car with all our cases and 2 young children. Not ideal after long night of travel. Couple floodlights would help.

Mini bus in car park on arrival so swift transfer to airport. Delayed flight on return but called mobile and picked up in ten minutes. Would use company again.

Excellent service, quick drop-off and pick-up. Hope they sort out the mud soon - wheel-spins when picking up the car otherwise very pleased.

It was a good service. The pick up was spot on the only thing was my side of the car was all muddy, other than that everything else was fine.

For the money it was great. Very close to the airport. The cars are clearly taken off site through a muddy road or field a mile or so away. No mud inside the car and they give it a quick rinse down before collection. Regular shuttles to and from the airport. Would recommend.
