Have used Oakwood before and been impressed.I still have that view mainly but on this occasion I was alarmed to see that probably from their success I noticed a lot more vehicles there parked in a very muddy field. I collected my car in the early hours of Sat morning (23/09)and did not examine it too closely, but next day discovered that the wheels and arches were covered in mud also mud on the paintwork and drivers foot mat.I think that they need to make improvements to the field where they park. Hopefully I will use again. Paul.

Not impressed! Outward: 1. Couldn't get through to say nearing Oakwood as requested - no name asked for so what was the point. 2. Very grubby vehicle - have you seen how smart the one from The Waggon and Horses is? 3. Driver a bit on miserable side. Inward: 1. Driver arrives and does head count saying not enough room for everyone - gives choice of some waiting behind for his return or him just taking drivers and they return to pick up their own others! What is that all about? Having paid for the service why would we then have to use our own cars? 2. All keys not there so driver had to go and find them. 3. Driver shouted at one woman who took whole envelope when driver held it out to her! 4. Our car was blocked in by another one so had to wait for it to be moved. Only plus was that gentleman who got key and moved other car was very apologetic and polite - it was NOT the driver. So this was our experience and it leads me to say that it was a bit shambolic, the driver was miserable, why bother to make people ring, you need to clean up the existing vehicle and you need to get another vehicle. Sorry, but won't be using you again.

I fly from Bristol a lot and use Oakwood all the time. First class service, no hanging about waiting, a very quick and efficient service.

Very easy and helpful going to the plane with help with bags, etc. On the way back from the Airport the driver did not help at all with luggage - is there a policy. He took us back to the car park quickly and safely.

Excellent service but entrance to parking area needs resurfacing. Also a larger, more prominent sign. Would certainly use again.
