Second time I've used Oakwood and both times the pick up and return service has been efficient. BUT this time the cars were being moved into an exceptionally muddy field and certainly I would never drive my car through such mud. Yet I paid someone to do just that! Took me more than 2 hours to clean the car properly so that's the last time I use Oakwood unless I hear that conditions have changed.

Car park muddy, car picked up splashed in mud, wheels and under arch covered in mud. Driver taking us was fine and friendly even at 0400 but the driver picking us up at 1130 was grumpy and couldn’t be asked and wouldn’t lift a thing. First driver good. Second driver not good.

Very good as always. Only a 15 minute wait for the minibus when we returned.

Car park difficult to find. Could not find park under name of Park and Go. Was not aware we had to look for name Oakwood. Hearing phone calls from other customers they also had this problem. Driver to Airport was helpful but not driver on return journey Not too helpful in loading cases and on return left customers to do their own unloading after opening doors and walking away. One customer was good enough to do this for us (I have assistance at airports). Suggest clearer signage and better attitude.

Very close to airport and quick drop-off and pickup. The only negative is that the site is not surfaced so the car was returned with muddy tyres - no big deal.

Fantastic, quick and easy. Reasonable rates and friendly staff. 10 out 10 guys, see you all soon and thank you once again.
