Reviewed on 9th November 2024We always use Oakwood when flying from Bristol. It’s so convenient, only 5 minutes to the airport. Quick to drop off and collect car key and you never have to wait long for a minibus. Highly recommended 😊

Reviewed on 4th November 2024Good and efficient as normal although this time for some reason my car was left blocked in and it took 20 minutes for the bus driver, as the only insured person able to move vehicles, to return from a pick up run. Normally that is not an issue but at 2am with a small child that was pretty annoying. Suggest you get more people insured to move a car 10 feet so those in a rush to leave can actually go. Surprised your system for moving incoming customers cars failed on this occasion, as I have used your service many time before and it has never been a problem.
