Reviewed on 4th November 2024Never had a problem always used Oakwood, we arrived back and was picked up promptly. Got our keys and to find that we blocked in by another vehicle. The lady giving the keys was not insured to move the vehicles so had to wait for the person driving the pick up van to return! Just not what you want after a day of travelling back!

Would have given it a 5 star if my car hadn’t been driven in mud and the person who moved the car used a guard to prevent muddy footprints on my carpet. If I’m being picky, the transfer bus and overall facilities, reception and car park etc could have been in better shape and repair. Other than that, was great.
