Seemless drop off and pick up as always. The car is usually a bit dusty after a week or so standing but that cannot be helped and is fine with us. No issues or problems. Just drop your keys off at the office, the bus is usually ready and waiting to take you the few minutes drive to the airport. On your return, just phone the number given to you, tell them you’ve arrived and they will be there within minutes. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend.

Excellent service both ways. Coming back there was no waiting, the minibus was waiting, cases loaded for us and on our way back home within 45 minutes of landing. It was a late flight but still seamless.

Simple process, arrived at the parking space and was taken to the airport within 10 minutes. Collected from the airport within 10 minutes of phoning to arrange pickup. Got car keys and exited to area within 5 minutes.

Was pleased as quickly parked up and taken straight to the airport. On return, the mini bus was full but the driver got another mini bus on the way to us which was really quick. Will use again.

We have used Oakwood for years and this is the first time we have not been very happy. We both have mobility problems now and had great difficulty finding the pick up point in the parking area, very late at night in the pouring rain. The answer machine message on phone did not give very clear instruction and we saw two minibuses come and go before we could get to right spot. When we got back to the car park to collect the car it took some time to locate our car and we needed help in the end to find it. I must add we have never had these issues before.

So easy to use and friendly, meet and greet was fabulous and so close to the Bristol Airport.

Very good service, would use again.
