Use this car park many times over the years . It first class. If the transferred bus it not in, it only take minutes to come back to take you to the airport. Same on return. I always ring up and say my name and how many people we are. But if if is full this time , only a few minutes and they’re back. Friendly staff. Always willing to help. Thank you to all the staff. Very easy to book at a reasonable price. The pick up and drop off was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. My only fault was when I collected my vehicle on my return the drivers footwell, mats and door sills were caked in thick mud. I appreciate vehicles have to be moved but some consideration and care should be given.

Always use Oakwood , good value. Easy drop off . Very close to Bristol airport. Prompt pick ups . Will use again .

Great location as it’s so close to the airport. Buses run frequently to the airport. In our experience pick up at the end of our holiday was a bit chaotic. Had to wait for 2nd bus to come, only to find it was same driver that picked up the group before us. Would suggest clearer instructions for pick up as the drop off zone is just too busy, maybe the other side of the road would have been more suitable. The phone number on the card just kept giving us a recorded message as well so that was frustrating. However, polite, friendly staff on way in and out so all turned out good in the end.

No hassles with either parking or picking up. Pretty straightforward.

Car very muddy inside. Appreciate no control over the weather but if Paper had been put down it would have prevented the problem. No problem dropping off or arranging a pick up on arrival but driver was surly.
