Reviewed on 16th October 2023The driver seemed a little irritated when picking us up on our return, saying to me I was the awkward one, not sure what that meant. He said he was about to leave when we arrived at the minibus and that he should have left earlier (not sure why that was my fault) he then said any longer and we would have been charged more! He just seemed grumpy, maybe he had just had a bad day. We were then delayed as they couldn’t find our keys.

Reviewed on 16th October 2023Drop off was perfect, however, collection was disappointing, it took me almost 20 minutes to find my vehicle having been told twice it was parked in the wrong place. The parking ground is not ideal, prior to collection there must have been a rainfall, this made the ground/ broken tarmac very difficult to walk on, thus making the inside rubber mats in vehicle very muddy/dirty where drivers have moved the vehicle around.
