Reviewed on 16th October 2023Easy check in and a short transfer journey to airport. Collection was a quick as possible considering the weather and an accident closing the road for the transfer bus to collect us. The only downside was the water logged car parking area that was extremely muddy and lots of pot hole puddles which wasn’t good dragging your suitcase to find your car in the dark.

Reviewed on 16th October 2023Quick check in on arrival parked the car went to reception signed and handed over our keys. Bus was there, we had to place our cases in the back of the minibus, sat in the bus waiting for the driver, arrived 10 minutes later, then we proceeded to the airport. Driver seemed unhappy in his role. Arrived back to Bristol Airport, rang for our transfer back to Oakwood Parking. Bus arrived 10 minutes later, again placed our cases in the back and sat in the bus. We were driven back to the Oakwood reception. My husband looked for our car while I collected the car keys. Man at reception was polite and handed our keys after asking some details. The driver was not sociable. Car was muddy, as it was in the dark we used the torch of my phone to check for no damage etc as it is dark area. Drove home. We will possibly use Oakwood again. Hoping for more happy drivers.

Reviewed on 16th October 2023Ive used Oakwood for many years but on my recent booking I struggled to get my case on and off the bus as drivers no longer help you. For a female travelling alone it can be difficult.

Reviewed on 15th October 2023Very happy with the service. No waiting on arrival, we got there an hour earlier than booked in, no problem with that. Bus was there waiting to take us to the airport. On return waited about 2 minutes, pick up bus arrived to transport us back. Everything went well!! Well pleased!!
